한-아세안 금융협력센터는 6.30.(월) 인도네시아 증권거래소(IDX)를 방문하여 우리나라 자본시장 발전의 역사, 주요 트렌드 및 특징, 코스피 및 코스닥 시장의 상장 규정에 대해 안내하고 기술 기반의 IPO 플랫폼 설립, IDX와 KRX간의 개별 종목 이중 상장(dual listing) 및 ETF 교차 상장(cross listing) 등을 제안하고 중소상장기업의 세제혜택 및  R&D 세액공제 등 우리나라 제도에 대해 질의응답을 나누었음.

Policy Dialogue with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) (6.30)

The ASEAN-ROK Financial Cooperation Centre (AKFCC) visited the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on June 30 to provide an overview of the history, key trends, and characteristics of the Korean capital market, as well as the listing requirements for the KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets.

During the dialogue, AKFCC proposed the establishment of a tech-based IPO platform, dual listing of individual stocks between IDX and KRX, and cross-listing of ETFs. The session also included a Q&A on Korea’s systems, such as tax incentives for SMEs and R&D tax credits.
